In an interview with ABC, Obama said then (in 2009) that the various provisions of the health care law were intended to create an all-inclusive system, so that penalizing people who refused to join was not a tax.Either obama lied, or Roberts is an idiot.

We all know Obama lied when he said he wouldn't raise taxes. After all lying to achieve his goal comes natural to a proven Anarchist/Socialist.
I have to admit either Obama or his staff or both are geniuses. They knew the "payer mandate" would be seen by SCOTUS as a tax and therefore legit.
However,
It's being said, and it may be true that Roberts voted ObamaCare in to push millions of voters over to the Republicans come November. Let's hope this comes to fruition.
