Here We Go Again Redux

I put up a quick post yesterday on recent episodes of gun violence. Sadly, there was another incident today.

Tragedy struck an Oregon high school Tuesday when a teen with a rifle killed a student and slightly wounded a teacher at the start of the second-to-last day of the year.

The gunman was found dead a short time later in a bathroom stall, where he apparently killed himself, police in the Portland suburb of Troutdale said.

I don't have the time right now to do justice to this latest tragedy, and the subsequent social and political fallout that is sure to follow. Instead, I will post a few images that have been cluttering up my in-box.

Consider this food for thought, albeit a snack rather than a full meal.

Lunatics might be crazy, but they're not stupid.

That last one should be amended to read "Criminals and lunatics obey gun laws like politicians follow their oaths of office."
