More Shutdown Nonsense

Yesterday I posted a partial list of the absurd and vindictive actions taken so far by the obama administration to make life as miserable as possible for Americans during the government shutdown.

In response, Bear commented:
I keep hoping that someone finally tells me that all of the aforementioned stories are satire, but it ain't happened yet...
Well, Bear, the feds must have heard you. They went out and did something that's even more absurd than anything they've done previously.
In what looks like a spiteful move, the NPS (National Park Service) even removed handles from water spigots along the Chesapeake and Ohio canal where bikers and joggers exercise as well as along the Great Allegheny Passage, just to ensure people don't get any water from them.
You can't make this stuff up...
