It follows on the heels of her "the rich are not paying their fair share" and 'the US should model itself after Brazil' pronouncement on economic policy. (For a fact-based rebuttal of that nonsense go here.
Then there was her statement last fall that she had stayed in a bomb-damaged hotel in Belfast. That was an apparent attempt to demonstrate empathy with the troubles in Northern Ireland, but, like her story about running for cover from sniper fire during a trip to Bosnia, was also a mis-remembering.

And just to beat a dead horse, remember how the media delighted in trumpeting even the slightest Bush mistake or mispronunciation? Oh well, no one ever said life was fair...
