World Tour Update #10

Heard there's a bit of a heat wave back home. Reports are that our home town has seen highs of 106 and 108 the last two days.

In contrast, we've enjoyed temps in the 60s and 70s for most of this trip. And in a few days we'll be snow skiing.

Not that I'm gloating...  :-)

Toejam - well, as long as it's doctor's orders...

NFO - maybe just a little...

Randy - glad to hear there's a break in the heat. We can sure use the rain.

And yes, your wife would not be happy.

We are hosting the District 26 Little League Juniors All Star Tournament here in Ingram. I damn near passed out Saturday working the fields over. It was a HOT sumbitch. 106 on the field at 4pm and it didn't drop under 90 until well past midnight.

BTW, Bulverde is playing Llano tonight to see who goes to the championship against Fredericksburg.

Kerrcarto - I'll think of you as I hoist my next cold beer.
