On The Road

If all went as planned we are now in Wales, UK. We'll be here for a few days visiting friends, then move on to Scotland for a week.

The stated purpose of the trip is to pick up our son after he completes his summer study abroad program at the University of Stirling. Really, though, that's just an excuse to get out of the house and have a little fun.

Updates as time and technology allow. In the meantime, there's few things scheduled, so there (hopefully) won't be a lack of posts.

Try to get to Aberystwyth, CTT.

It's a great little city by the sea. Also there's a nice pub just down from the University hospital called Cooper's Arms. It's a small local pub.

Great hospitality & great variety of beer. I spent several happy afternoons sipping the brew and chatting with a very pretty bar maid back in 2008.

I was thinking a kilt photo would be nice. Two votes for! One against.
