Today would have been Doug Sahm's 74th birthday. That name probably doesn't mean anything to you, but to folks of a certain age from this neck of the woods it conjures up a lot of memories.

Have you heard the 'new' Texas Tornadoes? It just ain't the same. And then there's the Sir Doug Quintet. I really miss this guy. Very under appreciated.
