It does make YOU wonder just WHO IS and WHO RUNS the thing WE call OUR Gruberment. I really think we reached the point of deminishing returns many years ago and that there is such a thing as TOO BIG in Gruberment. Hummmmmm... NOW what do we do? Really! Where do we start? The !@$#@$! thing is just so @#@%&^#$ BIG!
